Among others I was asked by the Danish rock band ‘Tyrants & Kings’ to create the vinyl cover for their upcoming release. I decided to hand-draw the entire cover to reflect the band’s do-it-yourself approach in their music-making.

For the motifs, I wanted to create a universe that reflected the associations suggested by their band name and album name, combining elements of religion and power, as well as the contrast between history, traditions, and the modern world.
