Creating a brand new website for Skanvin
Skanvin, a family-owned contract filler, sought to redesign their website to better showcase their unique qualities while preserving their existing logo and signature red brand color. Since the previous website had minimal content, we decided to initiate a complete overhaul. I worked closely with Skanvin to develop a new site structure, identifying key pages and determining which aspects to emphasize.
I then designed the entire website, created all new copy and graphics, and planned the new visual content. Collaborating with Claus Frovin, who provided his expertise as both a videographer and photographer, we successfully translated my Figma designs into a fully functional WordPress site.
In addition to the website, I updated Skanvin's business PowerPoint presentation to align with the fresh look and feel of their new site and created an explanatory poster using some of the graphics I had developed.

Site Content & Web Design
Before starting the design process, we first needed to identify the key messages to communicate.
Together, we explored questions such as:
- How does Skanvin stand out from their competitors?
- What do their current clients value most about their approach?
- What content will best highlight the perceived value of partnering with Skanvin?

Through this process, we expanded the website from 3 main pages to 5 main pages, 4 subpages, and a dedicated case study.
We also added videos to several pages and had new photos taken to highlight the friendly character of Skanvin and its team.
Explainer illustrations
Skanvin requested an overview of their production process to demonstrate transparency and expertise.
I developed five cohesive illustrations, which were featured in a carousel on their "Our Setup" subpage.
Take a look for yourself here.
To maximize the value of the explainer, it was also adapted into a one-pager for Skanvin's meetings with potential new clients.
